We act as your local operational extension, coordinating critical repairs, logistics, class-related interventions, underwater works, spare parts sourcing and port services with disciplined execution and rapid response.
NAVAL MARTINS is headquartered in Rosario and Buenos Aires City, with offices, warehouses, and workshops strategically located to serve our clients. The company holds all necessary permits issued by the Argentine Coast Guard Agency (PNA), the General Ports Administration (AGP), and the National Customs Agency.
The company is privately owned and led by CEO Joaquín Martins, grandson of the founder, together with his partner, Engineer Fabian Diner, who serves as CFO. They direct a nationwide network of seasoned technicians and specialised contractors that can be mobilised at short notice, giving our clients a reliable local extension whenever off-hire pressure, inspection deadlines or emergency situations arise.

First Generation
He was deeply committed to "Talleres Martins S.A.I.C," focusing on the construction, modification, and repair of ships and barges, along with providing various maintenance services at Martins Shipyard Port in Ramallo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Second Generation
At the same time, he was dedicated to sea freight operations with PARANÁ RIVER SA, a tugboat company. With Tugboat 315 "Canal de las Palmas" and Tugboat 320 "Río Pilcomayo," he moved fuel barges and general cargo in Barranqueras (Chaco) and San Lorenzo (Santa Fé), Argentina.
